- Standardised cognitive test (WISC-V or WAIS-V: 60-90 minutes)

- Scoring, interpretation and report writing

Autism Assessment (Ages 7 and up)
- Fee: $2000
What's involved?
- Gathering of background information (e.g. family history, developmental milestones, relevant health concerns)
- Interview exploring Autism diagnostic criteria and personal experience (60-90 minutes)
- Standardised cognitive test (WISC-V or WAIS-V: 60-90 minutes)
- Review of supporting documents (school reports, previous assessments if applicable)
- Questionnaires investigating impact of possible Autism on life experiences (e.g. SRS-2, CATI or CAT-Q)
- Functional impact questionnaires looking at personal and social skills in daily life, evaluating communication, self-care, and social connectedness (e.g. Vineland-3 or WHODAS-2)
- Scoring, interpretation and report writing
- Feedback session (1 hour)
- Comprehensive report provided

ADHD Assessment (Ages 7 and up)
- Fee: $1800
What's involved?
- Gathering of background information (e.g. family history, developmental milestones, relevant health concerns)
- Interview exploring ADHD diagnostic criteria and personal experience (60-90 minutes)
- Standardised cognitive test (WISC-V or WAIS-V: 60-90 minutes)
- Questionnaires about attentiveness, hyperactivity and impulsivity (Conners-4; ASRS)
- Review of supporting documents (school reports, previous assessments if applicable)
- Scoring, interpretation and report writing
- Feedback session (1 hour)
- Comprehensive report provided

- Combines ADHD Assessment and Autism Assessment, as above

Educational Assessment (Ages 7 and up)

- Standardised cognitive test (WISC-V or WAIS-V: 60-90 minutes)
- Educational assessment to compare with expected grade-level in Australia (WIAT-III)
- Evidence-gathering with teachers and caregivers
- Review of supporting documents (school reports, previous assessments if applicable)
- Scoring, interpretation and report writing
- Feedback session (1 hour)
- Comprehensive report provided
